The Founder and Managing Director of Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Zorawar Kalra, is a man who has donned many hats in the hospitality industry. Hailing from an Army background, Zorawar has had a typical Punjabi childhood with loads of desi ghee mein bana ghar ka khana. We spoke to him about his love for the industry, his passion for food, the curiosity that makes him want to offer a different experience to his customers and why he thinks Pune is ready for Farzi Café.
