Gods Own Country
Gods Own country will descend this month at our very own JW Marriott Hotel Pune bringing an affair of delicious and relishing food from the authentic kitchens of Kerala. The Class Act
The play is based in an acting class where the students come from different religious backgrounds and are pitted against each other in various acting exercises – exposing the myth of UNITY in DIVERSITY amongst Indians – where everybody is just out to get each other and be a ‘class’ apart.

Ghulam Ali Live in Concert
One of the foremost voices and the torch bearer of the art of Ghazals. Celebrating the legend’s 73rd birthday, Ustad Ghulam Ali Khan will be performing live. His style and variations in singing Ghazals has been noted as unique, as he blended Hindustani Classical Music with ghazals, unlike any other Ghazal singer. Many of his hit ghazals have been used in Bollywood movies. Celebrity Photographer Sameer Belvalkar brings the most awaited photography workshop Aperture Overtures, a basic photography workshop for Puneites. The workshop has limited number of seats and requires a pre-registration. The workshop will make you comfortable with semi-automatic and manual modes of exposure, the manipulation of depth of field, and the ground rules for using specific shutter speeds. The workshop is held keeping in mind all the photo enthusiasts and semi- professionals. This start-from-scratch workshop takes you from the basics of proper exposure to the ultimate goal of creating stunning photographs. The class will include dozens of professional tips and tricks to take your photos to the next level. Sameer Belvalkar originally from Pune is synonymous with Fashion, Movie and Celebrity photography. He has shot publicity pictures for blockbuster movies like Jodha Akbar, My Name is Khan and We are Family.
