Pune has yet again proved to be a city known for professional growth. Smartworks, one of the country’s largest co-working space providers for large entities, has signed its fifth deal in the city.

The co-working company has leased a 500,000 sq. ft. space in a project called Amar Pristine Eighty Three (AP83) in Koregaon Park, which is set to be functional by 2021.

Smartworks currently owns over 6000 seats in four facilities in Pune city, with 90% occupancy.

Neetish Sarda, founder of Smartworks, has been quoted saying that they’ve received an incredible response from Pune for a robust office space demand.

Currently, the company operates in nine cities with 23 centres (43,000 workstations), covering over 2.3 million sq. ft. of space.
