Koregaon Park Just Got Ultra 'Deli'cious, Pune!

They’ve made it to the BIG 10. And their 10th outlet had made its way to Koregaon Park! Whoop!
Launched in 2005, the highly-lauded Indigo Deli has defined the quintessential deli experience in India. An over-12-years’ tradition of delighting patrons now finds its 10th home in Pune’s most iconic High Street, Koregaon Park.  Get ready for the ‘deli’ciousness of the Deli coming your way, Punekars!

Speaking on the launch, Anurag Katriar, Executive Director and CEO at DeGustibus Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. says, – “Indigo Deli is currently our principle vehicle of growth and Pune is an important growth market for us in the immediate term. We entered the Pune market in November last year with an outlet at Phoenix Marketcity, which received an extremely warm welcome from the residents of this city! But we soon realised that being in Pune and not being in Koregaon Park is not an option! We see a lot of potential in this market and believe that it is best to launch our second outpost in Pune at Koregaon Park.

Keeping in mind the general culture of Koregaon Park, the ambience of this outlet will see a little bit of change from the regular Indigo Deli look and feel. We have added a bit of colour (blues and yellows) to our otherwise warm material palette of rustic browns and warm lighting. This one definitely has a younger avatar with a central, interactive bar and interesting space design.

We are very excited about the launch of our milestone 10th Indigo Deli at a milestone location like Koregaon Park and hope that it becomes an important mile-post on Pune’s culinary map!
Carrying forward the philosophy of the brand, the menu is a nostalgic tour with creative twists on classic comfort food. A focus on nouvelle cuisine, the menu stresses on light cooking that preserves the identity of carefully selected local ingredients.

‘Think global, eat local’ remains a paradigm for the menu.

It boasts of the much-loved selection of sandwiches, salads, pastas, light meals, and such; a wide range of scrumptious desserts, a bevy of handcrafted cocktails and other beverages and a daily-changing, ‘Specials‘ menu by Pune’s head chef!

Good food served well, each dish at this all-day eatery has a story to tell. From the Rueben Sandwich, where the Pastrami is made in-house and the meat cured over 21 days, to the best-selling BBQ Pork Ribs with the right hints of smoky, spicy and sweet.

And there’s much to say about and the homemade ice creams created using age-old recipes!

The menu includes other all-time favourites like the Deli Roast Chicken, Eggs Benedict, and the signature Citrus Salad or the Corn Crusted Potato and Jalapeno Burger.

The thin crust Pizzas are a Deli speciality- with the crispiest crust and an assortment of the yummiest toppings.
Indulge your sweet tooth, with the most delicious Crème Brulee or the Chocolate Mud Cake or Chocolate Ganache that will truly leave a lasting impression.

There will also be a few dishes specifically curated for this restaurant, which will feature on the daily ‘Specials’ menu.

The bar offers additional reasons to celebrate! One can begin an evening with some Classic Deli Cocktails- the Coastal Ride Martini, the Guava and Sriracha Margarita and the Musk Melon and Kiwi Mojito among others.
Chef Kedar Bobade who has recently joined Degustibus Hospitality as Corporate Executive Chef, says “Over the years, the dynamics of the Pune market have changed in a great way, especially the food industry. At DeGustibus Hospitality, we take pride in opening our second outlet in this dynamic city, bringing in the legacy of a brand that stands for both classics and innovation alike.

Personally, I am the latest addition to this family and am looking forward to take this brand ahead with uncomplicated food and an international flare. As I always say, A Chef is the only artist who has the ability to touch all human senses!

Chef Tushar Deshpande, Sous Chef, Indigo Deli Pune, says, “Once again, it’s an honour for us to open our newest outlet in one of the oldest and prettiest places in Pune – Koregaon Park. The competition and challenges may be a lot more here, but having said that, Pune now recognises us as a serious brand doing contemporary western cuisine.”
So, whether it’s a leisurely family meal, a quick afternoon work catch-up, an evening of romance for two, or a power-packed night with friends, Indigo Deli in Koregoan Park offers a revived dining and bar experience, catering to all moods and reasons. As Chef Kedar Bobade says, “Come by and pull up a chair for a delicious meal!”
