Coconut Grove organizes a Seafood Festival

Coconut Grove, a name synonymous with Seafood and Mangalorean cuisine brings a special food festival for all the seafood lovers in the city! With an array of authentic seafood delicacies cooked with the freshest ingredients in traditional Mangalorean cooking style, some must try’s from the menu are pomfret speciality dishes like Varakkal, Pullichatu, Vijaywada Ghee Roast, Prawns delicacies such as Chuttuli, Andhra Chilly and Dakshini. Baking Bread Master-class

After the success of the first baking class by Chef de Partie Gerwin D’souza, Courtyard by Marriott Pune City Centre brings you the second edition of their culinary master-classes. Based on popular demand, the Hotel is curating a ‘Baking Breads with Gerwin’ master-class on 28th June, Saturday.
Chef Gerwin will share his tips and spill some baking secrets as he shows you a step-by-step method of baking the perfect bread. He will teach you to make the famous flat, herb-topped Italian bread Focaccia, the white Italian bread called the Ciabatta, a healthy Multi-grain Bread for the diet-conscious and the popular long crusty French Baguette.
