Watch Chef Huber unveil his culinary prowess with his passion for creating his native Italian cuisine. Alto Vino’s newest crafted menu includes a delectable range of items such as the Insalta verde con pomodorinie erbette; Gnocchi al pesto Genovese; Risotto alla Milanese; Calzone vegetariano and Cacciucco alla livorne. The tempting new range of Dolci (desserts) include the Chocolate fondant, Baked lemon tarts and the classic favourite, Tiramisu. Freshly prepared bread and pizza from the open kitchen’s wood-burning oven will also be favourite features for guests at Alto Vino. Located on the 01 floor of the hotel, the restaurant is now open for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
